When will I receive my QR code ticket?
You will receive your tickets via email within 24 hours of purchase.
In order to make more payment options available to our community we had to set up these orders in a different way which can cause a delay in processing time as we will need to manually RSVP each guest. In the case that we experience an unexpected volume of orders, this may take a little longer but rest assured we will get your tickets to you as soon as possible, thank you for understanding.

- -Only customers with a valid ticket will be admitted. Tickets must be purchased directly from Fae Club Ltd.
-This event is for over 18s only. If you are under 18 at the time of the event we have the right to refuse you entry without a refund.
-Fae Club Ltd reserve the right to refuse entry or eject customers who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, acting aggressively or suspiciously, or behaving in a manner deemed unsociable or potentially dangerous. This may also be without a refund.
-Events may require entry and exit searches of clothing, bags, and other items.
-Prop swords and daggers made out of safe materials such as foam or rubber, with soft exteriors, are allowed as accessories, however note that if the security team deem a prop weapon as a risk, hazard or obstruction they have the right to remove it or refuse entry with it. Prop weapons such as crossbows, bows, arrows and guns are not allowed.
-Do not bring any kind of weapons that are not larp safe.
-Any stunt weapons required for the knight training will be provided. You must only use these as directed by the trained proffessionals who will be teaching you. Fae Club Ltd will not be liable for any injuries.
-This event is being held in a castle, you must treat all areas and items, interior and exterior, including walls, carpets and floors with caution and respect. Certain areas of the castle may not allow food or drink and this will be sign posted. Guests will be held responsible for any damage or loss caused by their actions or negligence.
-Professional cameras are not allowed but don't worry we have a whole team of photographers waiting to capture the magic for you.
-Please note that we have professional photographers and videographers roaming at our events. Photos and videos may be shared with guests or used for but not limited to creating content for Fae Club Ltd's social media and marketing.
-Please bring a valid form of ID as any member of the venue, security or Fae Club team reserve ther right to request to see it at any time.
-You must inform us of any allergens beforehand. For every event we make our catering choices with allergens in mind. We work with our caterers to follow best practices in safe food handling to prevent cross-contamination. Our caterers cannot guarantee their products are 100% free of any specific allergen and we recommend that you double check with your food and drink servers that each product is safe for you at the time of the event.
-When purchasing tickets you agree that they are for your personal or your groups use only.
-If your name does not match your ticket or that of your party we have the right to refuse entry.
-We are not liable for event cancellation, changes, or an attendee’s inability to attend due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, acts of God, travel disruptions, or government restrictions.
-We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If the event sells out, we may offer to resell your ticket for you upon request.
