Can I attend en event solo?

Absolutely! Many of our fae attend solo. Join our Discord server to meet others attending our events or meet ups and to make plans beforehand.

Is there an age requirement for the events?

Yes, all of our events are for 18s and over but beyond that we have fae attending of all ages.

Will there be a cloak room?

Yes, we have cloak rooms with a ticketed system.

Are prop swords allowed?

Accepted Answer

Prop swords and daggers made out of safe materials such as foam or rubber, with soft exteriors, are allowed as accessories, however note that if the security team deem a prop weapon as a risk, hazard or obstruction they have the right to remove it or refuse entry with it. Prop weapons such as crossbows, bows, arrows and guns are not allowed.

Yes, alcohol is available but absolutely not a requirement!

Each of our events has its own theme with outfit suggestions on the event page. Create your own or merge fantasy and formal. Note that we keep an eye out for hand crafted outfits for our costume competitions at our events. Head to our Discord server to discover what other attendees will be wearing.

Are event tickets refundable?

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If the event sells out, we may offer to resell your ticket for you upon request. Please note that due to health and safety requirements tickets cannot be resold privately.

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when purchasing your ticket or send us an email.

What is the venues accessibility?

- Each of our venues is different. If you have specific concerns about accessibility please get in touch with us in advance so we can be sure to accommodate you to the best of our abilities. 
- Please get in touch with us about carers tickets BEFORE booking to ensure we stay in our venue capacity guidelines. 
- Guide dogs are allowed.
- Seating will be provided.

Can I bring a camera?

Professional cameras are not allowed but don't worry we have a whole team of photographers waiting to capture the magic for you.

Photos and Videos

-Please note that we have professional photographers and videographers roaming at our events. Photos will be shared with guests, photos & videos will be used for but not limited to creating content for Fae Club Ltd's social media and marketing. 
-Our photographers will be taking candids and roaming at the event. If you want to ensure you get a photo please be sure to ask one of our photographers for one or head to a Photo Booth.
-Please note that videos are used for promotional purposes and are NOT released to guests.

Should I eat before the event?

We recommend eating before the event. Canapés will be served however with lots of dancing and activities throughout the event it's definitely best to eat beforehand.

Is there anywhere to take a breather?

Yes! We always have more relaxed areas to sit and take a breath. You will also be allowed to step outside if you need some fresh air.
