Your Main Character Music Video
Receive a 1 and a half minute ‘main character’ music video filmed vertically ready for socials, to a song of your choice. Showcasing your time at the Fae Club Lion’s Solstice.
The footage will be a mix of carefully directed epic main character shots & organic, candid moments of you throughout the event.
This is a huge opportunity to shoot with this talented team. A shoot with the Maetriarchy team usually starts at £400, but at the Lions Solstice you get the chance to experience all of this for less than a third of that price, and you’ll have a fully edited aesthetic video to tell your characters story after the event.

Lions Solstice Maetriarchy Add On - Main Character Add On
Fae Club and Maetriarchy Events (collectively referred to as “the Organisers”) reserve the irrevocable, perpetual, and unrestricted right to capture, record, reproduce, edit, modify, publish, distribute, and otherwise use any photographic, video, or audio-visual content created at or in connection with the event, in which attendees may appear, for promotional, marketing, publicity, editorial, and archival purposes.
Such content may be used across all media formats, whether digital or physical, including but not limited to websites, social media platforms, advertising materials, promotional videos, press releases, and printed publications, worldwide and in perpetuity, without further notice, approval, or compensation to the attendee.
The appointed videographer, Chewy Media, shall likewise retain the right to use any footage captured at the event for their own promotional, portfolio, marketing, showreel, and professional purposes, including publication on their website, social media platforms, and other promotional materials, without restriction, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
Any video or photographic content provided to the attendee by the Organisers or Chewy Media may be used by the attendee solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes sharing on personal social media accounts or personal websites, provided that such content is not altered, edited, sublicensed, sold, licensed, or used in any manner that is misleading, defamatory, or detrimental to the Organisers or Chewy Media.
The attendee expressly agrees that the content may not be sold, transferred, assigned, licensed, or otherwise exploited for commercial, professional, or third-party promotional purposes without the prior written consent of Fae Club, Maetriarchy Events, and, where applicable, Chewy Media.
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright and usage rights, in and to the content remain the sole property of Fae Club and Maetriarchy Events and/or Chewy Media, as applicable, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
By completing this purchase, attending the main character video shoot and/or accepting any video or photographic content, the attendee confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out above and grant consent for their likeness to be captured and used in accordance with this clause.
All purchases are final. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-attendance, personal scheduling conflicts, or changes in individual circumstances.
Event bookings, tickets, and allocated slots are strictly non-transferable and may not be resold, exchanged, assigned, or otherwise transferred to any third party, whether privately or commercially, without the prior written consent of Fae Club and Maetriarchy Events.
Private resale, ticket exchanges, or unofficial transfers are not permitted and will render the booking void without entitlement to a refund or replacement.
If an attendee is no longer able to attend the event, and therefore their main character shoot, they are required to contact Fae Club directly as soon as possible. While attendance cannot be guaranteed or transferred, the Organisers may, at their sole discretion, consider alternative arrangements where reasonably possible. Such consideration does not constitute an obligation and does not guarantee a refund, credit, or replacement booking.
By completing a booking, the attendee acknowledges and agrees to the terms set out above.
